These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Suvarna Palace, run by Sonai Silver Palace, Karad, Maharashtra. By using the website or placing an order, you accept them.

Our products

• Each listing states the metal, purity and weight of the piece. Weights are measured by us before listing.
• Photos show the design as closely as we can, but colour and finish can look slightly different on your screen and in natural light.

Prices

Prices follow the day's silver rate: weight × today's rate per gram, plus GST, each shown separately. We do not add making charges. Because the rate changes, the price of a piece can change during the day. The price you pay is the one confirmed to you when your order is placed. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund anything you paid in full.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted once we confirm that the piece is available and your payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a piece is no longer available, with a full refund of any amount paid. Until online payment opens, orders are placed on WhatsApp or by phone, and payment options are confirmed there.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Until those are published, the terms we agree with you in writing (for example on WhatsApp) for your order apply.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the website: no attempts to break or overload it, gain access to areas that are not public, or copy its content in bulk. The text, photos, designs and the Suvarna Palace name belong to Sonai Silver Palace and may not be reused without our written permission.

Liability

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Satara district, Maharashtra, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
